Week 13

So here is a look at the weekly grind.

Monday – morning strength workout at UCSF

Tuesday – morning 45 minute run (with pick ups) in GGP, evening 1:15 master’s swim workout at USF

Wednesday – morning 45 minute bike spin at the house followed by 25 minute run

Thursday – morning 30 minute run, evening 1:15 master’s swim workout at USF

Friday – evening 60 minute bike spin at the house (should have done it in the morning!)

Saturday – 1:45 run in GGP followed by 1:00 swim at USF (short lunch snack in between)

Sunday – 2:30 bike ride from the Bridge to Fairfax and back

The only complication this week was falling down my staircase and dinging up my leg and ribs on Friday making the weekend more "challenging" than it should have been. Other than that, I am ready for a new week which means more of the same with some slight increases.
