We just spent 9 excellent days in San Diego. Dad and Mom put on quite a show with superb training table and sag wagon support!
The weekend was the biggest to date with a 2:35 run followed by a 1:20 swim on Saturday and then a 91 mile 5000ft of climbing Sunday.
Wow. This training continues to make you abandon your limitations.
