This was a "down" weekend before what should be 4 unbelievable weeks. Ran an hour on Saturday and on Sunday, took the new P3 for a two-hour spin before swimming 4000 yards (furthest yet).
I am not sure this is possible but I think I am suffering from pre-race anxiety. Absurd with more than a month to go!
My brain has been working overtime on work ideas and I think I need to calm it down a notch. Hoping to have a logistics post soon with the world’s longest packing list 🙂
