The “Evil” Book

A fair amount of people have asked what training program I am following. After searching high and low, hearing some absurd versions of training schedules, and conceding that I didn’t have a clue about how to properly train, I have bet the farm on Gale Bernhardt’s book.  So far so good, it is sensibly structured and builds gradually putting a premium on consistency. Of course, it is still relentless, hence the nickname.
