I have been enjoying some unstructured training for the last couple of months. I am still trying to get a bit closer to 175lbs as a starting weight for 2007.

Speaking of which, I have been trying to come up with a tentative schedule of events that will most likely include a couple of triathlons (definitely Wildflower Long Course), some adventure races, and a long trail run or two.

My theme: lean and light afoot!
